Joakim Forsgren graduate with a Master of Science in Scientific Subjects in 1991. He started as a teacher but soon he became principal and a member of Dragonskolans school management team. Dragonskolan has about 2,000 students, and he had overall responsibility for the organization. The work involved financial responsibility, coordination of teaching and scheduling for the entire school. 1998 he moved to Örnsköldsvik and worked as a teacher at Parkskolan where he taught programming, and he has also taught programming at university. Since 1998, he worked part time as a consultant in programming and organizational issues.

Kristoffer Wiklund has a degree in Master of Science in Computer Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology. With its focus on algorithms, programming languages and data structure, he has a solid programming knowledge, but also of great interest to solve clever and complex problems. He has programmed business-critical applications since 2003 when Websystem founded. Kristoffer has also worked for Chalmers Student Union IT department and during three years in charge of the unions companies and associations. For some years in Finland he was working as a .NET programmer with a large ERP system for PCB manufacturing industries worldwide. Since 2011, he works full time with Drupal and build web shops, internal systems and training platforms.

Henrik Danielsson has since 2002 an education in the automotive industry in Skövde and worked as a machine operator at Volvo Powertrain, in parallel with taking on programming jobs. From at an early age, starting with JavaScript and a focus on the browser, he went on to get a programming education with focus on C++ and computer games at SOFE in Karlshamn.

The appreciation for free software and open  source code lead from there to an involvement in the Drupal community and more server focused projects, both commercially and for non-profit organizations. The interest to learn and develop himself as a programmer and flexible troubleshooter is large and, at the end of 2015, lead to him moving to Örnsköldsvik to become a full-time Drupal developer.

Anders has a background as a high school teacher in mathematics and physics but has also taught some programming at high school. During his own high school, Anders studied natural science at Parkskolan where Joakim was a teacher in programming and database science. Through these courses, interest in web-based systems was raised, but since then it has just been a leisure job. After getting married and having a daughter and re-enacted in Örnsköldsvik, there was an opportunity to engage in full-time online-based systems in the company. Drupal becomes a way for Anders to deepen the interest and knowledge about the potential of web-based systems. One of Anders's biggest leisure interests is to play board games, preferably strategic ones.

Jonas Jonsson has a degree in Master of Science in Computer Engineering at Luleå University. This education provides a good basis for the development of software.

Isak Fredriksson has studied Master's program in Technical Computer Science for four and a half year at Umeå University and has now moved back to Örnsköldsvik where he is originally from. During his studies he has also spent a lot of his free time towards various programming projects in languages like C, C++, Rust and TypeScript while at the same time doing some server administration in Linux environments. Thanks to this he has got a great foundation in computer science with good ability to swiftly jump into new projects and understand all kinds of systems and problems.

Max Sjöblom has a Master's degree in Computer science from Umeå University, oriented to algorithms and machine learning. His fascination for computers began at an early age and has since then been increasing consistently and in turn led to a wide foundation in computer science. He was introduced to Drupal during his studies when he began working at Websystem. Consequently, he gained early experience with web development and system development with Drupal. One of his strong suits is his problem-solving abilities and enthusiasm for simple, robust and efficient solutions to complex problems. Therefore, the development of systems with Drupal suits Max's aptitude, especially when developing more complex systems. After his studies, he moved back to his hometown Örnsköldsvik to work full-time with Drupal and system development.

The science program at Nolaskolan in Örnsköldsvik and then the MSc engineering program in interaction and design at Umeå University and a growing interest in programming are a good foundation. The studies provided knowledge in mathematics, programming, design, behavioral science, user testing, web design and project management. In recent years, the program focused primarily on design and front-end development. Following different design principles to first design an application that would solve a specific problem and later develop this application action but well-known methods are fun to work with.

Daniel Mellin was born and raised in Örnsköldsvik. He studied the technology program at Parkskolan and then chose to continue his journey on the Master's Programme in Computing Science at Umeå university. He studied there for 4 years but has now moved on to work at Websystem. He has a burning interest in computers from an early age and it has not diminished since then. In his spare time, he hosts a number of smaller private Linux servers, both for the sake of learning and to make everyday life easier. He lives to optimize and improve existing systems, either by improving performance or making the system more user-friendly. In addition to his interest in technology, he is also very interested in ice hockey and everything to do with ice hockey.
